Product selection and quotations
Prices displayed in this starter website are illustrative until confirmed by Crackxio. Your written quotation should identify the supplied device, subscription period, SIM/data costs, applicable taxes, warranty and included features. Product photographs are illustrative concepts and may differ from the actual supplied model.
Subscriptions and payments
Monthly and yearly options are service preferences. The yearly offer shown gives two months free compared with twelve monthly payments. Submitting a request does not charge you, create an automatic renewal, or activate service. Payments, expiry and renewal arrangements are confirmed separately by our team.
Free installation and delivery
Free installation and delivery are part of our offer. Our team confirms coverage, appointment availability and any specialist fitting requirements before fulfilment. Do not attempt electrical installation yourself unless qualified.
Tracking features and availability
Ghost GPS provides the configured tracking portal. Device model, vehicle wiring, SIM/network coverage, map provider and service plan determine available functions. GPS and mobile connectivity may be interrupted or less accurate in some locations. Tracking is not a guarantee against theft or loss.
Authorised and responsible use
Only track vehicles and persons where you have appropriate authority and consent. Audio monitoring and immobiliser commands require compatible hardware and responsible use. Never issue engine-stop commands in unsafe conditions; follow all device and provider restrictions.
Support, warranty, returns and cancellations
We offer 24/7 customer service. Specific device warranty, fault handling, returns, cancellation and refund terms must be confirmed in your quotation or service agreement before payment. Contact our team to discuss a request.
