Crackxio provides GPS tracking product enquiries, installation booking and customer support for Bangladesh. Contact us through the Contact page for privacy questions.

Information collected on this website

When you submit a request, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, selected vehicle/plan, message and, for fleet quotations, company details and vehicle count. Signed-in requests are linked to your WordPress account. The website records consent time. A salted hash of the submitting IP address is temporarily retained for rate limiting.

Cart callback requests

The enquiry cart collects your name, email, phone and city, plus the trackers, quantities and subscription preferences you selected. These details are saved privately and emailed to our callback team. The cart stores selected items in your browser; it does not store the four contact fields there. A cart request is not a purchase and does not collect payment.

How it is used

We use this information to respond, arrange installation, manage service requests and maintain your account. This site does not collect card details or automatically charge subscriptions. Administrative email notifications link staff to the private WordPress record.

Tracking location data

The demonstration on this website is simulated. Real location tracking is provided through Ghost GPS and compatible devices under your confirmed service agreement and the provider’s privacy terms. Tracking must be authorised by the vehicle owner and any affected users as appropriate.

Cookies, external links and providers

WordPress uses cookies for login and administration. This package does not add advertising analytics. WhatsApp, app-store and Ghost GPS links open external services with their own privacy policies. Your hosting and email services may process operational data.

Retention and your requests

Contact our team to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry/account information. We retain information only as needed for the enquiry, service relationship or applicable obligations. Staff review and delete enquiries that are no longer needed. The temporary rate-limit record expires after one hour.

Security

Customer request records are restricted to authorised administrators. Keep your account credentials private and contact support about suspected misuse.
